Treatment

Welcome!

I'm glad you're here. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just in need of support, I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with adults, teens, children, and parents—offering therapy that fits your life, whether in person, over video, or by phone.

How I Can Help

I work with people going through a wide range of challenges. Some of the areas I specialize in include:

Adult Counseling

I help adults work through anxiety, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship struggles. Together, we’ll find what’s holding you back and help you move forward.

Children/Adolescents

Looking to equip your child or teen with the tools to manage emotions, build lasting confidence, and thrive through life’s challenges—at home, at school, and beyond?
As a parent, I understand how important it is to support your child’s emotional well-being and give them the skills they need to grow, adapt, and succeed.

Adult Children of Difficult Parents

Still feeling the impact of a challenging parent relationship? I can help you set boundaries, heal old wounds, and build healthier relationships.

Spirituality

I welcome people from all spiritual backgrounds. My own faith is Christian, and I’m happy to include that in therapy if it’s important to you—or simply support you in exploring what matters most to you.

Women's Issues

I support women navigating identity, stress, grief, and big life changes. Therapy can help you reconnect with your worth and find your voice.

Parenting

Feeling stuck or disconnected from your child or teen? We can work together to improve communication, connection, and peace at home.

About

Holding Hands

What can you expect?

In our work together, you’ll receive focused, personalized care from an experienced professional in a welcoming, one-on-one setting. Because I manage all aspects of the practice—scheduling, billing, and therapy—you can expect a smooth and straightforward experience from start to finish.

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to grow, heal, and move forward. While therapy can involve meaningful and sometimes difficult work, I also believe in creating space for warmth, connection, and moments of laughter along the way.
